Pay by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. Please bring along the card used for payment.
Click here and follow the on-screen links. Please note there is a £2.00 transaction charge and an optional £1.50 postage charge. Please note in the event of the show being cancelled or rescheduled, the processing/postage are not refundable.

Box Office Opening Hours
Box Office is open from 12pm - 6.30pm unless stated otherwise.
|Monday - Saturday||12pm until 30 minutes after the last show/film screening|
|Sunday||From 30 minutes/one hour before the first film/show until 30 minutes after the last show/film screening|
|Please note on Bank Holidays, the building opens one hour prior to a live event or 30 minutes before a film|
Should be paid for within three working days or 30 minutes before a show/screening, whichever is sooner, otherwise they will be released for sale. Reservations for group bookings is by arrangement.
Tickets should be checked at the time of purchase. Tickets cannot be refunded unless a show/screening has been cancelled. On certain occassions, tickets may be exchanged. There will be a £1.00 per ticket charge unless an additional ticket is purchased or the value of the new ticket exceeds the value of the old ones.
Although discounts apply in most cases, external promoters may on occassion exclude certain catergories.

|Students||People over 16 years in full time education|
|Unemployed||People in receipt of job seekers allowance, income support, working tax credit or housing benefit. Confirmation of eligibility may be asked for.|

|Under 18 months||Free if no seat is required|
|Groups||Of 10 or more and school groups. For further information, please contact email@example.com|
|These are marked as such in the brochure and any comments regarding them will be directed directly to the hirer.|

Information on our website/in our brochure is correct at time of going online/to print but may be subject to subsequent alteration. The Harlequin reserves the right to introduce discounts and price changes without notice. These will not apply to tickets already purchased.
The Harlequin is committed to upholding the data protection principles of good information handling processes. When processing your booking the box office will ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address and if you would like to receive communications from us. This information may be used to keep you up to date about forthcoming events at the Harlequin Theatre & Cinema.
