How to Book

In person
Pop in and see us in the Warwick Quadrant, Redhill. Pay by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. A £1.50 transaction charge will be added to all credit card payments.
Online
Click here and follow the on-screen links. Please note there is a £2.00 transaction charge and an optional £1.00 postage charge. Please note in the event of the show being cancelled or rescheduled, the processing/postage are not refundable.

Send details of your booking requirements to The Harlequin Theatre & Cinema, Warwick Quadrant, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 1NN. Cheques should be made payable to RBBC (Reigate & Banstead Borough Council. Please add 50p to your total to have your tickets posted to you or enclose a SAE.
General Information
Box Office Opening Hours
Monday – Saturday: 10am – 8pm
Sunday: 3.45pm – 8pm or 1 hour before a live event
Reservations
Tickets will be held for a maximum of 3 days or half an hour before the start of the event, whichever is sooner. If payment is not received the tickets will be released for public sale.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets should be checked at the time of purchase. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded unless the show is cancelled. There will be a £1.00 per ticket service charge unless an extra ticket is purchased or the value of the new tickets exceeds the value of the old ones.
Concessions
Discounts are available on cinema/selected shows for the following groups:
Children (under 16), Senior Citizens (over 60 years), Students (in full time education), Disabled, ES40 holders and those in receipt of benefit. Please bring proof of status.
Groups and School Bookings
Discounts are available for school groups and for parties of 10 or more for some of our shows. For further information, please contact harlequingroups@reigate-banstead.gov.uk
Family Tickets
A family ticket is 4 tickets (maximum of 2 adults)
Booster Seats
The Harlequin Theatre & Cinema has a limited number of booster seats available. These are available on a first come, first served basis from the Box Office prior to the performance. A £10 refundable cash deposit and a form of identification will be asked for on collection. Subject to availability.
Hired Events
These are marked as such in our brochure and online, and any comment regarding them will be directed directly to the hirer.
Requests
The Harlequin Theatre & Cinema reserves the right to refuse admission, to alter the advertised programme without prior notice
• Latecomers will be shown to their seats at a suitable point during the performance
• The taking of photographs, sound recording or video is not permitted during films or shows
• For the convenience of everyone, we request that mobile phones are switched off before entering an event. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult to any show/event
• Concessions and special arrangements must be requested at the time of purchase
Information on our website/in our brochure is correct at time of going online/to print but may be withdrawn at any time. The Harlequin Theatre & Cinema reserves the right to introduce special offers which cannot be retrospectively applied to tickets already purchased.

When processing your booking the box office will ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address and if you would like to receive communications from us.
