Customer Experience Manager
This new role within our Theatre and Cinema will oversee all of the aspects of our venue which customers directly engage with, including, our box office, catering and caretaking teams. You will work closely with colleagues based at the venue or elsewhere in the council to enhance and develop the experience customers have when they visit or interact with us.
About the Person -
- We are seeking someone with experience of leading and motivating a team and who has successfully led a customer-facing offer within the entertainment or hospitality sectors.
- Must be innovative, supportive, flexible and positive.
- Able to work under own initiative and be an effective problem solver.
