Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta and Maestro. There is a £1.50 fee on all card transactions over £10.
Cheques should be made payable to RBBC. Remember to add 50p extra to cheques if you would like your tickets posted to you.
Reservations

Tickets can be reserved for up to three working days only. If payment is not received the tickets will be released for public sale.

- Telephone: Call 01737 276 500. Open Mon - Sat 10.30am - 7.45pm. Phone lines close 30 mins prior to a live event.
- In Person: Mon - Sat 10.30am - 8.00pm.
- Sundays / Holidays: We are open 1hr before a live event and half hour before films. Tickets for films are available to purchase on the day with cash or cheque only from the cinema kiosk on the upper foyer, or via other methods from the box office if open.
Box Office Fees:
Our box office team are waiting to take your call or greet you here at the Harlequin. Please note there is a £1.50 fee on all credit/debit cards when booking in person or on the phone with a debit or credit card. If you would like your tickets posted to you please add an extra 50p to the cost of your tickets.
Online booking incurs a £1 fee per ticket which cannot be refunded in the event of the show being cancelled or rescheduled. Please note when booking for groups or concessionary/discounted tickets that we advise you to book through our box office to minimise fees and ensure you are happy with your all aspects of your visit.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- Latecomers will be shown to their seats at a suitable point during the performance.
- For the convenience of all our patrons, we request that mobile phones are switched off before entering either the theatre or cinema.
- The taking of photographs, sound recording or video is not permitted during the performance.
- Concessions and special arrangements must be requested at the time of purchase.
- The Harlequin Theatre & Cinema reserve the right to refuse admission, to alter the advertised programme and facilities without prior notice.
- Please note all fees are non-refunderable.
Access Information
The Harlequin is committed to being accessible to all. We offer a range of services to make your visit enjoyable. Please advise us in advance of any special requirements you or anyone in your party may have and we will be happy to offer advice at the time of booking and help in any way we can. The Harlequin welcomes all patrons, but would request that wheelchair users book in advance so we can ensure adequate provision of facilities.
Harlequin Facilities include:
- We have four wheel chair spaces available in the theatre and one in the cinema.
- A lift provides access to all levels of the venue.
- There are a limited number of headsets for the infrared hearing system, which should be booked in advance from the Box Office. Headsets are available from the box office for a payment of a £10 returnable deposit. Infra red hearing system within the auditorium.
- We offer signage throughout the venue in Braille.
- There are disabled toilet facilities accessible to wheelchair users on the lower foyer.
- Hearing and guide dogs are welcome. Please inform Box office at time of booking.

FOOD & DRINK
Our Coffee Shop opens at 10am until 3pm serving teas, coffees, soft drinks, cakes and pastries. Between 12pm - 2pm enjoy a range of tasty hot and cold snacks, jacket potatoes and sandwiches - all freshly prepared.
BAR
The fully licensed bar opens 12pm – 2pm and an hour before all live events. We advise you to pre-order your interval drinks to avoid queuing at the bar.

REFUNDS
In common with normal theatre practice, once purchased, tickets will not be refunded unless the perfomance is cancelled. All tickets should be checked at the time of purchase, as once purchased tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded.
Data Protection
The Harlequin is committed to upholding the data protection principles of good information handling processes. When processing your booking the box office will ask for your name, address, telephone number and email address and if you would like to receive communications from us. This information may be used to keep you up to date about forthcoming events at the Harlequin Theatre & Cinema. We may also send you information and offers from our partners and sponsors. If you would like your details to be used in this way please inform the box office at the time of booking.

Discounts & Concessions
To make our facilities accessible to as wide an audience as possible we offer a variety of discounts and concessions wherever possible for events, films and shows at the Harlequin. For specific discounts please take a look at the individual show pages.
Cinema & Theatre Discounts
CHILDREN, SENIORS, STUDENTS, UNWAGED
Cinema: £5 per seat
Theatre: Reduced price tickets are available for most shows at different rates for the events in the auditorium.
DISABLED
Cinema & Theatre: We offer a 40% discount to our registered disabled patrons which can be shared with a carer on all Professional and Cinema events. Carers accompanying wheelchair patrons also receive the disabled rate. Hired and amateur events are responsible for their own concessions.
GROUPS & SCHOOLS
